Coolness Factor: The Superhero Origin Story Essay

I’m no superhero, but I guess you could call this my origin story……

Midnight study buddy? I’m your girl.  Early morning wardrobe malfunction? Here I come with the sewing kit.  Sports tape for your ankle? I’ve got 2 rolls.  Need an extra hair tie for the mile run? Pick your color.  While my parents realized that they had forgotten tape to hang my brother’s campaign posters, I had already reached into my bag to grab some. 

When someone has a need, I see an opportunity, and I take it. I’m no superhero. I don’t have a secret identity or wear a cape. But, I know exactly who I am: a girl eager to take on any challenge thrown her way.
