Set Aside 30โ40 Minutes
The Student Profile takes 20โ30 minutes to complete. Have your student and parent information ready before you begin โ you'll need both.
Student + Parent Must Both Be Present
The profile includes sections for both the student and a parent. Both sections must be completed together in one sitting.
Complete in One Sitting โ It Cannot Be Saved
The Student Profile cannot be saved and resumed. Please set aside uninterrupted time to complete it fully before you begin.
You'll Set Your Password at the Very End
After registering, we'll walk you through a simple "Forgot Password" step to activate your student's account login. It only takes 30 seconds.
This questionnaire helps Dr. Colรณn's team understand your student's goals, strengths, and what will make them a standout applicant. Please take your time โ your answers directly shape how we coach your student.
The form includes both a student section and a parent section. Both must be completed before you click "Next" at the bottom.
What happens when you register?
Completing this form creates your student's account in our system. Once submitted:
- Your student's account is created and tagged with the correct program
- The Resource Library is unlocked and ready to access
- Your student will receive a welcome email with next steps
